What is Chiropractic Care?
Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. As chiropractors, we are able to determine how these dysfunctions can affect your current health.
Chiropractic care is a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment. In addition to broad diagnostic skills, chiropractors are also trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises and provide nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle assistance.

Experience the Difference & Our Approach
Here at Restore Health, we have a very gentle approach.
We like to make sure our patients are educated and fully understand how their individualized care plan, specific for their needs, is going to help them heal and function properly. Patient education is a very important part of our practice. At Restore Health, we use a 3-step approach to treating which leads to dramatic healing in a shorter time frame.
- Chiropractic Adjsutments
- Physical Therapy
- Maintenance Care
How Does it Work?
Chiropractic
Some patients are concerned about adjusting, but with different modalities at Restore Health, we are able to restore joint mobility in a way that is more comfortable for the patient and still provides a therapeutic healing response. We utilize many different techniques like the diversified technique for adjusting, drop tables, the activator, SOT blocking, instrument assisted soft tissue, trigger point therapy, and much more. The doctor will talk with you and come up with a chiropractic treatment that matches with your personal needs, so that you feel comfortable and safe during every appointment.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy treatments are also individualized for each patient. We begin this stabilization process when patients are out of pain. We utilize specific exercises and stretches that re-educate the joints and muscles on how to move and function. This step is imperative to the healing process and minimizes the chances of relapsing pain or dysfunction in the future.
Maintenance
Maintenance therapy is the gold standard of care. Once our patients are healed and feel confident in what they learned, we recommend every patient to maximize their health by continuing on a monthly or bi-monthly prevention plan. It is much easier to maintain health than it is to start improving from the ground up. Our goal at Restore Health is to keep you moving and functioning at every stage of life.
